• Email or call us. We keep a record of your contact details and the content of our correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
• Book a site visit. If you book a free site visit through our online booking link, we collect your name, contact details and the appointment details.
• Browse our website. We automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and how long you spend on them. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools — see our Cookie Notice for details.
We do not collect special category data (health, ethnicity, religion, etc.) and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

• Enquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted
• Customers we've worked with: for the duration of your project, plus 6 years afterwards (required for tax and accounting purposes)
• Chat transcripts: up to 24 months from the date of the conversation
• Website analytics: anonymised and retained according to Google's default settings (currently 14 months)
Who we share your information with
We share your data only with the following parties:
• Wix.com Ltd — provides our website hosting and form infrastructure. Wix acts as our data processor and stores data on servers in the United States and other locations under appropriate UK GDPR safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Digital Eight Marketing — provides and operates the AI chat assistant on our website on our behalf, and manages our website and marketing. They act as our data processor.
• Google LLC — provides Google Analytics and Google Business Profile services. Google acts as our data processor under appropriate safeguards.
• Our accountants and professional advisers — only where strictly necessary for legal, accounting, or insurance purposes.
• HMRC and other regulators — where we're required to do so by law.
We do not share your information with any other third parties, and we never sell or rent your data.
International transfers
Some of the providers we use are based in or transfer data to the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the UK Government's adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to make sure your data is protected to UK GDPR standards.
